Privacy Policy
Last updated: October 20, 2026
This policy explains what information Pynvero collects, how we use it, and the choices you have. By using the site you agree to this policy.
Information we collect
- Account information: if you sign up, we store your email address and basic login details through our authentication provider.
- Credits and usage: your credit balance and which tools you use, so the credit system works.
- Technical data: browser type, device, pages visited and approximate location (from IP address), collected through standard server logs and analytics.
- Messages: anything you send us through the contact page or email.
Your files and photos
All our tools, including text extraction (OCR), run entirely in your browser. The files you select are processed on your own device and are not uploaded to our servers. We do not receive, store or see them.
If we add a tool in the future that needs to process files on a server, we will clearly say so on that tool and update this policy before it goes live.
Please make sure you have the right to use the files you work with.
Cookies
We use cookies and similar technologies to keep you signed in, remember settings, understand how the site is used and show advertising. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, but some parts of the site may stop working.
Advertising
We may show ads served by third-party vendors, including Google. Third-party vendors, including Google, use cookies to serve ads based on your previous visits to this and other websites. Google’s use of advertising cookies enables it and its partners to serve ads to you based on your visit to our site and other sites on the internet.
You can opt out of personalised advertising by visiting Google Ads Settings (adssettings.google.com). You can also opt out of some third-party vendors’ use of cookies for personalised advertising at aboutads.info.
How we use information
- To run the tools and the credit system.
- To keep the site secure and prevent abuse.
- To understand which tools are useful and improve them.
- To reply to your messages.
- To show advertising that keeps the site free.
Sharing
We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with service providers who help us run the site (hosting, database, authentication, analytics and advertising), and when the law requires it.
Data retention and your rights
We keep account data while your account is active. You can ask us to access, correct or delete your data by emailing pynvero.support@gmail.com. We will respond within a reasonable time.

Pynvero is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information. If you believe a child has given us data, contact us and we will delete it.
